I took this photo at the beach in California last summer. I thought how the waves were crashing were interesting and how there is almost a blank spot in the middle of the wave like nothing is going on. This picture looks like it just goes on and on forever and that the ocean never stops.

this is intriguing to me of how the waves blend in but stand out so much. the ocean can look so still but be so full of life at the same time.
