A Unique look at the Sky

I was driving home from work the other day, and I noticed that the sky was really unique. It was very similar the lines were identicle, and I had no idea how it could come out this way. It reminded me of something that you would see on tv maybe a Simpsons intro or something. Needless to say, this is not something you would see every day looking at the sky.
