When I took this picture after looking at it you can see perfectly the reflection of the sky in my sunglasses. Then in if you look behind my friend and I you can see the cracks in the side walk and it looks like a road grid on a map for a big city.

Texture

I was in a waiting area at an apartment complex and i noticed this plant that had this really interesting texture on the leaves. Its subtle but its definitely there. The small little details make things in life so interesting.

Greensburg

I took this picture in Greensburg on my way back from my house. It is the chaos cause a few years back from the tornado that still has not been fixed!

This is late I realize, but this is my picture from the Museums. I took this at the Ulrich at Wichita State University. It's hard to tell from the picture, but the background is spools of thread. Initally they look like they were just randomly placed, but that is what the sphere is for. It sits on a pole about 10 feet from the spools, and if you stand directly in front of it, it flips the spools upside down, exposing the true picture the spools create. It's very cool, and definitley very unique. I love this, and I could honestly stare at it for a long time.

I never really looked at a shower this way. When we initally got the syllabus, and she was going over what residue was I immediately thought of water. It sticks to everything, in a lot of forms. So after I got out of the shower I took a picture of the water sticking to it. I never would have guessed art would find its way into my shower.

I took this photo earlier this week when my patio was covered in moisture. It was kind of ironic because it had been dry all day and then to go out there and see the moisture on the cement was weird.

I see a pattern almost but contrast mostly. There is a distinct color change between the wet part and the dry part of the cement.
